| I just recently got re-connected after
several years of being in ADP National Accounts
with Paul Tarver and his group. I was pleased to see how much ADP work
they are doing and how familiar with our data specifications they are.
It sure makes my job easier as a ADP sales person to have a
backup plan for implementation if the client does
not have strong IT resources to help with putting
their files into our format for data conversion. Paul has stepped up
to the plate and taken care of my large client in Johnson City, TN. I
have no concerns in having him talk directly to the client
and he is excellent in working with our
implementation specialists. I am so glad to have a

months ago you set up a translator program for a client of mine who has a
payroll of approximately 2500 employees. They needed
an easy way to transmit 401(k) payroll information to their record
keeper. We use a custom layout to load these files to our record
keeping system, and I can assure you that setting it up is a tedious
task if not done properly. Of my many clients that use this
particular format, some have needed as long a six
months to resolve internal and external
payroll issues relating to their 401(k) plans.
On the contrary, your program has allowed my client flawless service
since day one, and even 6 months into it when
we needed a small update you took care of it
virtually overnight. Your software is the best that I have had the
pleasure of working with from a record keeping standpoint.
