General
Ledger Interface
As a rule, you can expect G/L interfaces requiring only
format conversions between ADP and third party software to run between $1,800
and $2,500. This assumes that the
client’s software will support importing transactions from an ASCII file
generated by an external source.
NOTE: Clients requiring content generation; complex G/L
calculations such as Gross to Net; and/or transaction distributions can expect
their interface to cost more. In these cases call our office and have us
review the project specifications and we’ll give you an accurate and firm
price quote for this product.

Benefit
Interface
Benefit Interface requirements vary greatly from company to
company and estimating what each would cost is difficult before we have
reviewed specifications. Please contact our office for specific estimates on
these interfaces. Good specifications can help us give you very accurate and
affordable price quotations. Pricing ranges between $1,800
and $2,000 depending upon complexity. However, on
average Benefit Interfaces rarely exceed $2,500 in price.

Front-End
Interface
A standard conversion interface between a data collection
system that can produce ASCII output and ADP will commonly cost $1,800 and
up. Variances in the price are generally due to the amount of user
interface programming or high levels of content generation that may be
required.

Consulting Rates
Some projects require more direct
involvement. In these cases, TPC can make on-site visits to client locations.
TPC’s on-site rate is $1,200.00 per day or $150/hour plus expenses. This
rate is based on an 8-hour day, however, the client will be billed for the
actual time spent on-site.

Payroll Conversions
Each price listed below assumes that we will be using
EasyStart (DOS) or PC/Payroll for Windows and the conversion will include data
relating to Master file data, Voluntary Deductions, QTD, YTD balances, and
accumulators. A rush charge of $500 will be added to any projects
requiring 72 hour turnaround or less.
