If for any reason a database becomes damaged or an index corrupted, the user (with the help of Technical Support) can access this screen to repair any problems with the files. Currently, the system can evaluate the structure of all files and repair most problems. We have recently added the ability to re-create the indexes from scratch so that even if an index file is deleted it can be rebuilt. We are working on making our systems as bullet-proof as possible to reduce downtime to zero.
