Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. has been developing high quality software products and providing consulting services to clients since 1992. Our primary mission is to develop software and methods to move large volumes of data between various software systems. Secondarily, we have published several software products for vertical markets that are sold primarily via the Internet.

It is our goal to reduce or eliminate the waste associated with the re-keying of data that already exists in an electronic format. Corporate America spends millions of dollars each year manually re-entering data either because of changes in software or computer systems. While our focus is primarily related to payroll data, we are actively seeking customers who want to move any data from one format to another.

Tarver Program Consultants, Inc. was founded by Paul H. Tarver in 1992 and the company has grown steadily with each year of operation. Our customers range from small independent organizations to public utilities and multinational corporations. Currently, we support clients in 46states.

We have been developing customized software for over 30 years and we look forward to those unique clients with unique problems to solve.
